• Having good communication & presentations skills.
• Technically sound in your domain.
• Be cued in on emerging technologies and impart training to juniors on the same
• Should have a high learning curve.

• Able to test, analyze and debug the coding issues.
• Should be able to handle a team of developers or can handle the development work independently.
