• Skill Set : Java programmer should have good knowledge about the oops concepts and should be familiar with the java packages like jave util package should be strong in the JDBC (java database connectivity) with servlets and jsp as the server side technologies. If has a good knowledge in frame works such as Jsf (java server Faces) Spring and struts with be an added advantage.

2. PHP Programmer.
